We want to express our appreciation to Mr. Joe L. Eudy, Executive General Adjuster for traveling all the way from South Carolina to teach our members some details of Business Interruption and Time Element Coverage & Loss!  Mr. Eudy is a Member of APCAA and expressed his gratitude for our efforts to advance our profession.  That's members helping members!

We also want to thank EMC Insurance Companies in Birmingham, and Mr. Bill Kitchings, Claims Manager and APCAA Member for opening the training facility for us to host this seminar on June 19th!

This was our first educational seminar! Mr. Kitchings asked us if we could host such a seminar topic and we didn’t hesitate to use our resources to provide the relevant topic with an experienced and knowledgeable instructor.  Again, that's members helping members!

APCAA Website User Notes for Members
Updated June 10, 2019

We designed a website around a platform that could handle all our membership needs, including accepting new membership registration, sending periodic newsletters, and managing seminar event registration. In between these tasks, we wanted to have a user-friendly website so our members could find relevant information in few “clicks” of the mouse while also reserving room for expansion for the future. We are developing this website to be a repository of information for Alabama property and casualty adjusters for continuing education, workforce development, and professional development.

APCAA works to uphold and strengthen the ethical standards and practices of the property and casualty adjuster profession in the State of Alabama. The future of this profession depends on solid character, integrity, work ethic, and the desire to serve and help others. APCAA is dedicated to support and promote its members in these areas. APCAA has applied for 501 (c) 6 tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
